To Participate
- In order to participate children must be born after December 31, 2005
- Take a clear, sharp photo of your child (jpeg file format, no professional pictures please due to copyright law)
- Register your child online by clicking the registration tab at the top of the page! You will be able to upload your photo in the registration process as well as pay the registration fee of $10.00 all online!
- Registration and voting is open from November 27th- December 31st , so you can register at anytime during the contest.
Voting
- To vote click on the registration tab at the top of the page.
- Voting may be done online by registering to vote and then purchasing votes on the registration page. You then will be able to select the child that you wish to vote for on the Vote tab.
- If you use all of your votes and wish to purchase more votes go back to the registration page to purchase more votes.
- You will have several package options for purchasing votes. Select the one that best fits your needs and purchase online.
Contest Rules
- Children must be born after December 31, 2005
- Poor quality photos cannot be accepted.
- By submitting content, you give Mountain Times Publications exclusive rights to use, publish or derive revenue from your submission.
- Mountain Times Publications reserves the right to require proof of age.
Winners
- Top winner will have their photo displayed on the cover of the Calendar that will be displayed on the WataugaDemocrat.com all year!
- Next 12 runner ups will have their photo displayed on one of the months within the calendar and will be featured during their month next year.
